Our contract with you.

• Our service provides you with a product that is designed to stain the wood and make it appear aged, nothing else.

When does our contract start with you.

• You can place and order at www.quickdip.co.uk or over the telephone. When you have placed an order and the order has been acknowledged, the contract (as set out in these terms and conditions) starts.

Our comitment to you.

• When we provide the service to you we promise to use the reasonable skill and care of a competent retailer and service provider.

What we need you to do.

• You must pay the charges for any product you purchase from us and the postage and package charges that are set out in the price list located at www.quickdip.co.uk . This price list is part of the contract. If you order via the website all charges will be shown on the order page before you have to confirm your order. There will be/ are no hidden charges. If you order via Telephone the final price will be confirmed with you before your order is confirmed.
• The product will be depatched to you within two working days of receipt of order.

When we provide you with the product.

• The product we provide to you can only be used for you own purposes and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights. You are not allowed to copy, adapt, modify or redistribute this product.

  Matters beyond our reasonable control.

  • If we cannot honour our contract because of something beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, industrial disputes involving our employees) we will not be liable for this. If this continues for more than 14 days, you can terminate this contract immediately by giving us written notice. If the events carry on for more than one month we can terminate the contract by giving you written notice. In such an event a full refund will be made.

  Our liabilty to you.

  • We will be liable to you if you are injured or die as a result of our negligence. Our liability (whether in negligence or otherwise) for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of goodwill, reputation or wased expenditure is limited to twice the value of the product ordered. It is important that you follow the operating and safety instructions that will be with the product.

  Ending the contract.

  • You have a seven working day cooling of period from placing the order in which to cancel the order and return the product in its original state, un-used and in the condition you recieved it in, return postage and packaging costs will be your responsability. Once we have recieved the product your money will be reimbursed.

  The law that governs this contract.

  • English law governs this contract and we both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
  This product is not designed or intended to be used on chipboard, M.D.F. or any other type of produced wood, it is only intended for whole woods. There is no V.A.T. as we are not V.A.T. registered the price list prices are true as advertised as seen at time on this  website.
